【0〜3歳児向け】赤ちゃんと英語で遊べる手遊び歌9選【Finger play songs】

赤ちゃんとのコミュニケーションって難しいですよね。

私はもともと自分から話さないタイプなので、語りかけは大事と分かっていても「何を話せばいいかわからない・・・」と悩んでいました。

そこで助けてもらったのが手遊び歌でした。

子育ての合言葉は、困ったときの手遊び歌！

話すのは苦手でも歌うのは大好きなので、手遊び歌を覚えて赤ちゃんの前で披露するというのをやることにしました。

英語の手遊び歌は英語の発音も学べる、というメリットもあるのでおうち英語をやっている方は取り入れたい習慣のひとつです。

そこでこの記事では、娘が通っている英語教室でもよく使われている英語の手遊び歌を9曲紹介します。

手遊び歌の効果

手遊び歌とは、歌いながら手や体を動かす遊びのことです。

体のパーツや色の名前などの生活に身近なものが題材になることが多く、繰り返し歌うことで自然と言葉が覚えられるようになります。

実はすごい！手遊び歌で得られる効果

• 親子で息を合わせて歌うのでコミュニケーション能力がつく
• リズムに合わせて手や体を動かすことで脳の発達を促す
• 歌詞に登場したものから想像力や好奇心を育てる
• 子どもの行動の制限や気持ちの切り替えに役立つ

これに加えて英語の場合は、英単語を覚えることはもちろん発音やイントネーションを覚えることにもつながるので、やらない手はありませんね！

娘には2歳半ば頃まで手遊び歌ばかり聞かせてきました。（私も一緒に覚えました）

そのおかげか、間が空いたらとりあえず歌を歌うという習慣が付きました。

マザーグースの動画は劇のようになっていて子どもを夢中にさせてくれます。

少し長いですが、日本語と同じなので教えやすいのが良いところです。

という、よくわからない（失礼）ファンタジーなお話なんですが、絵本にもなっていて有名なんです。

娘はこの曲の電話する動作が好きでよく真似しています。

初級中級と比べると歌詞が長いものを2つ紹介します。

子どもが自分で歌えるのは2歳過ぎあたりからかと思います。

手の動きや蜘蛛の動きが癖になる内容。
